How long in advance should I inquire?

The sooner you can inquire and put down your deposit to secure your date the better. We recommend booking at least 3 to 4 weeks in advance but before that is a plus. If you have a last minute event you would like to inquire about, please fill out our inquiry form and we will do our best to work with you. 

How long do helium balloons last?

We use only the best quality balloons in the market and we treat all our floating balloons with high-float, a special non-toxic, water soluble product that greatly extends the floating time of the balloons to 48-72 hours. However, balloons float time greatly varies based on temperature, environment and handling.

Do you offer pick up or just delivery?

As of right now, we only offer delivery. 

What are the prices of your decorations?

Prices for ALL decorations vary. It really depends on what you would like for your upcoming event. Please fill out our inquiry form for catalogs and prices.

Can I cancel my balloon order? 

We understand sometimes life happens and you may need to make changes or cancel your order.All orders can easily be changed or canceled up to 5 days before its scheduled delivery date. After this period has passed, the order becomes final and non-refundable.

Can I cancel my event?

A 20% NON-REFUNDABLE RESERVATION FEE IS DUE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. The reservation fee will be applied towards the total balance. If the event is changed or canceled for ANY reason, the reservation fee will NOT be refunded. The remaining 75% is due in FULL 2 days PRIOR to the event, unless otherwise specified and arranged. 

How long do set-ups take?

Set up time depends on the type of decoration we are bringing. Some take longer than others. We ask for at least 2 hours to set up but we are also aware that some venues won't give you the full two hours and in this case we try to bring everything all ready to minimize set up timing. 

Does your team travel?

Yes, we do! We are located in Royersford, PA but in big occasions we also serve New Jersey and Delaware.

Do you have a minimum for custom orders? 

We have a minimum of $250 for installation orders and $100 for custom balloon bouquets.

Do you have an Installation fee?

Yes, we have a 20% of the total order installation fee that will be added to your quote.

What do you offer? 

We mainly focus on balloon decorations. However, we have a variety of rentals you can choose for your next event. Backdrops, special chairs, cake stands, signs, special tables, moon bounce, kids tables and chairs etc.. Inquire today for more details.
